Recently I have started a devotional study entitled “Choosing Gratitude” with author Amy Seiffert on my phone app. Usually before bed I find myself most productive with the things that take the most focus. Laying in the quiet, while our three littles sleep I opened day one. As I read I began to think, “wow, I really needed this right now.” There is joy in the sorrows! There is good that can come from the bad. Amy talks about finding your home team and the people who love you for exactly who you are. If you haven’t, try to find them. Pray that God will lead you to them. Tell them how special they are to you and how thankful you are for them.
