Rani Joy Howard “Mágaju Iýokipi Win’yan” (Loves Rain Woman) began her journey to the Spirit World peacefully surrounded by her family, relatives and friends on July 16, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, ND. She was 46 years old. Wake for Rani was held July 28, 2025, at the Fort Totten Recreation Center with Rosary and Prayer Service.
Funeral Services will be on July 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fort Totten Recreation Center. Burial will be in St. Jerome’s Cemetery, rural Crow Hill.
