Debra K. Miller, 68, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Mayville and Cando, passed away on Aug. 28, 2025, at SMP Health – St. Catherine N. in Fargo, ND. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Sep. 6 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cando Lutheran Church in Cando, ND. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
