The 56th annual Fort Totten Days PowWow will take place the weekend of July 26, 27 and 28 in the Andrew Shaw Arena, south of Four Winds High School, Fort Totten, ND.
There is a Pageant scheduled for Thursday at 5 p.m.

Friday the Flag Raising is at 8 a.m., registration starts at 3 p.m. with Drum Roll Call at 6:30 p.m. and Grand Entry at 7 p.m.
Special Diabetes Fun Run: Saturday at 8 a.m. Four Winds Parking Lot
Saturday registration begins at 10 a.m., Drum Roll Call is at 12:45 p.m. and Grand Entry is at 1 p.m.
Buffalo Feed, supper break is 5 p.m.
Saturday evening’s Drum Roll Call is 6:45 p.m. with Grand Entry at 7 p.m.
Sunday the Parade is at 10 a.m., 12:45 p.m. Drum Roll Call and Grand Entry is at 1 p.m.
The emcees for Fort Totten Days Celebration are Dr. Russ McDonald, Harold Blacksmith and Charles Walker.

The 2023 Celebration of Fort Totten Days
According to Kenneth “KJ” Graywater, Jr., at last year’s celebration, “We had 5 Veteran Groups and 1 Auxiliary; 29 Total Veterans carried flags for Grand Entry; 18 Total Royalty from Spirit Lake Tribe and other Tribal Nations; 350 Registered Dancers for Contest; 6 Drum Groups Registered for Singing Contest; 13 Drum Groups Registered for Non Contest Singing; 20 4-man teams for Moccasin Games; 40 Horseshoe Players and we had visitors and relatives from at least 13 states and 4 Canadian Provinces.”
