MaryAnn’s Place on 4th Street NE will remain open, as they search for new buyer

MaryAnn’s Place, 317 4th Street NE, Devils Lake, ND is up for sale, both the restaurant and mobile food van. Owners Kathy and Dave Freidig say that as they near retirement age, they want to be able to spend more days at the camper, so they are hoping to find just the right buyer for the popular downtown business and food truck.

Kathy says they don’t have a closing date in mind, yet, not until they find the right buyer, but hopefully it won’t take too long, that is an option down the road. It’s been a good opportunity for them and she sees it as a positive place that has provided reasonably priced food and entertainment for families throughout the Lake Region.

She adds, “I hope we can find someone who will want to keep it going.”
