Devils Lake Speedway ended up being the only race in the state Saturday night as there was rain to the south and west of the Lake Region.

The Trophy class provided a great opportunity for a little sibling rivalry, uncle nephew rivalry and gave some new drivers a chance to take a race car for spin. Until there was a spin and which led to a roll over when Ruby McDonald rolled the 69 Street Stock car over. Which left Stoney Kruk without a car for the Street Stock Feature. Stoney Kruk reported the car needs a few things but is ultimately fine. Jeremy Lizakowski put a wing on his Wingless Spint since McLean County Speedway rained out along with his nephew Doug Mccambridge, where they attempted to Duke it out through lap traffic. Lizakowski took the checkered flag and made his way to Victory Lane. With Nephew Doug Mccambridge finishing second. Kolton Schow finished third in Dad’s Midwest Mod.

The Hometrack Rules Purestocks Dylan Steele made the trip up from Jamestown and led most of the feature. Until a late feature restart gave Joe Armstrong an opportunity to catch up and eventually pass Steele for the Win. Austin Harris challenged Armstrong most of the race but eventually settled for a third place finish.

Tucker Pederson found his way to Victory Lane again. Pederson stood in second place in the National Points chase going into the weekend. Tucker Pederson raced side by side with Kyle Anderson again. With Seth Klostreich leading the field. It was a dja vue moment for speculators as those three drivers duked it out lap after lap. Pederson eventually got around Anderson and Klostreich towards the end of the feature to take the checkered flag. Followed by Anderson with a second place finish and Klostreich finishing third.

The Wissota Midwest Mods had 21 cars checked in and went Green, White Checkered. Preston Carr and Eric Haugland suffered mechanical issues as soon as they hit the track for the feature which forced them to retire before lineups. Which moved Jamie Dietzler up to the front row for the feature. Dietzler took full advantage of the caution free feature and cruised his way to Victory Lane. Matt Schow was nipping on his heels towards the end of the feature but eventually settled for second after moving up six positions in the 20 lap feature. Reise Stenberg settled for a third place finish.

The Wissota Late Models created another fantastic feature race to watch. Jayson Good made a last lap pass on Cole Schill for a second place finish. Good moved up three positions in the feature. Brad Seng started on the front row and took advantage of the clean air to get himself an early lead and kept that lead all the way to Victory Lane. Cole Schill finished third. Brody Troftgruben finished fourth and John Seng moved up five positions to finish fifth.
