As of 10 p.m. Monday, the new and improved portion of the Emergency Room was open for business as Phase 1B begins. That phase involves renovating the former Emergency Room space to match the new. Ahead of schedule, both Moe’s and Doeling’s comments Monday were optimistic and upbeat.
