Harold Strand Jr., 74, a life long Devils Lake resident, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Altru Hospital, Devils Lake.
Funeral Services for Harold will be on June 4, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Devils Lake, ND with Reverend Lori Pankratz officiating. A time of fellowship will follow in the church dining hall following the service.
