Devils Lake Regional Airport (DVL) is located in Ramsey County, ND, about 80 miles south of the Canadian border and 95 miles west of Minnesota. It was officially dedicated in 1929 and was utilized by the U.S. military during World War II, after which it was returned to the City of Devils Lake to be operated by its municipal Airport Authority.
