Devils Lake, ND –The North Dakota Telephone Company Board of Directors is happy to announce that they chose TeeJay Kurtz as the new CEO/General Manager. TeeJay has been with NDTC since 2003.
“I am truly grateful for the opportunity to lead NDTC,” says Kurtz. “I look forward to working alongside our dedicated team to ensure that our communities stay connected now and into the future.”
In October 2024, the board of directors started the national search for a new CEO following the retirement announcement of current CEO/GM, Rodney Hoffmeyer. Hoffmeyer has served as our trusted leader since 2019, and retired on February 28, 2025, after being with NDTC for over 45 years.
Kurtz’s experience in the telecommunications industry will make it an easy transition.
