Altru Health System has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with CommonSpirit Health to explore the Devils Lake Hospital joining Altru.
Senator John Hoeven met at 10 a.m. today with members of the hospital staff and administration, Altru leadership, the DL Heathcare Task Force and a number of interested individuals who have been part of the process so far in coming to this decision.
In a statement released at the end of the meeting “leaders from Altru and CommonSpirit look forward to continuing discussions, building on their mutually held commitment to advancing the healthcare of the Devils Lake region.”
