The Devils Lake Lions Club won the Arts in the Park challenge to fill the shelves of the Hope Center food pantry. At a special recognition event held, Sept. 19, with 234 lbs, they were in First place. Runners up the Devils Lake Kiwanis Club weighed in at 190 lbs. and Devils Lake Rotary Club weighed in 67 lbs. The real winners in the competition, of course, are the many individuals and families the Hope Center supplies with food and personal care items. Sincere thanks to all who helped with this project!
