Bob and Jayne Mlynar have owned and operated a food concession trailer for the past 37 years. Last week they were vending at the North Dakota State Fair. While they watched people having fun, they felt sadness for the families, friends and law enforcement brothers and sisters struggling with the effects of the July 15 shooting in Fargo, so they decided to donate all of their tips to them. To make a long story short, after their tips jar was stolen, the criminal apprended, and they started over again, they raised $2,800 and a “backing the blue” metal sign.
