Devils Lake woman to plead guilty in prescription drug case
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Devils Lake-area woman accused of dealing 29 prescription pills plans to plead guilty.
Camilla Peltier is charged in federal court with three counts, including distribution of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance in or near school. Authorities say the pills contained the painkiller hydrocodone.
Court documents allege that Peltier distributed nine pills on July 19 and 20 pills on July 21.
Trial had been scheduled for July 11.
