BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck man faces a felony reckless endangerment charge after his downstairs neighbor said he found a bullet in his bed and bullet hole in his ceiling on Monday.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that a judge set bond at $3,000 for 25-year-old Cale Wanner. Wanner also was ordered to surrender all firearms to police.

Sgt. Mark Buschena says Wanner told an officer that his gun went off when he was putting it in a holster.

A telephone listing could not immediately be found for Wanner.
