Grand Forks man accused of stealing women's underwear

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Grand Forks man is accused of breaking into an apartment shared by five women to steal items including their underwear.

The Grand Forks Herald reports that 21-year-old Dustin Dalbey is charged with felony burglary and theft, along with misdemeanor counts for allegedly breaking an apartment window and fleeing police.

A judge on Wednesday set bail at $5,000.

Defense Attorney Blake Hankey told the judge that Dalbey is friends with the women who live in the apartment and was with them the night of the alleged incident.
