Bond set for suspect in ND theater shooting

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Bond has been set at $500,000 for a man accused in a shooting that injured two men outside a Fargo movie theater.

The Fargo Forum reports that 44-year-old Felipe Estrada of Dilworth, Minn., appeared Tuesday in East Central District Court. He is charged with two counts of attempted murder, one count of aggravated reckless endangerment, and one count of aggravated assault.

Police say the shooting happened Sunday at the West Acres Cinema. Police say 42-year-old Carlos Garza was shot at least twice in the torso one man and 32-year-old Charles David Roskom was hit in the head with the butt of a handgun.

Police say the suspect and the victims knew each other.
