GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man is accused in federal court of an assault on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

Levi Jerome is charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He has pleaded not guilty to both counts.
