Trio in ND drug conspiracy plead guilty
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Three people accused in a marijuana conspiracy on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation have pleaded guilty in federal court.
Derrick Allery, John Allery and Ramona Allery are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, and distribution of marijuana.
Derrick and Ramona Allery each pleaded guilty earlier this week to two counts. Sentencing is set for Aug. 29 in Minot.
John Allery pleaded guilty last month. He's set for sentencing on Aug. 25.
All three defendants face maximum sentences of five years in prison.
