Man pleads guilty to escape from halfway house

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Fargo man has pleaded guilty to walking away from a halfway house.

Jeremy Enno is charged in federal court with escape from federal custody. Authorities say he left Centre Inc. in Fargo without authorization on Dec. 10. He was arrested in Fargo on Dec. 13.

Authorities say the 26-year-old Enno had been at the halfway house since Sept. 16. He was scheduled to be released on March 14.

Enno was sentenced in 2007 to serve six years in prison after he was convicted in a drug conspiracy.

Sentencing has been scheduled for April 13.
