BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death on the Standing Rock Reservation has been indicted in federal court on a second-degree murder charge.

The Tribune newspaper reported that Ivanna Red Bow is scheduled to enter a plea to the indictment Thursday in Bismarck.

The indictment replaces a criminal complaint that previously charged the 26-year-old with second-degree murder in the Dec. 30 death of Loren Jay Uses Arrow in Cannon Ball.
