Former instructor sentenced for stealing computers
On January 4, 2011, Martin L. Henry, 47, of Rolla, ND, was sentenced for a charge of larceny before United States District Court Judge Daniel L. Hovland.
Henry pleaded guilty to the charge on October 1, 2010.
Judge Hovland sentenced Henry to two years of probation.
Henry was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund and restitution of $4,586.09.
Henry was employed at the Turtle Mountain Community College as a part-time instructor for computer classes in the technology department.
Henry stole 17 laptop computers and sold or pawned the computers at area pawn shops.
