Representative Dennis Johnson, Representative Greg Westlind and Senator Dave Oehlke are looking to once again represent District 15, which includes all residents of Ramsey and Towner counties and the communities therein.

Johnson is an area farmer who has served in the North Dakota House since being first elected in 1992. His interest in people, education and agriculture serve him and District 15 well. He chairs the House Agriculture Committee and is a member of the Education Funding Committee and the Higher Education Committee.

Westlind, farmer and businessman from Cando was elected to his position in the House after the untimely death of Curt Hofstad in 2016. Westlind jumped in with both feet and works hard for the people of District 15. He serves on Human Services and Natural Resources Committees.

Oehlke is a hometown insurance agent who has always been involved in service to his extended community in one way or another. Oehlke was first elected to the North Dakota Senate in 2007 and currently serves on the Senate Appropriations Committee.

All three legislators are active outside of the legislature, as well. Service to their extended communities seems to come naturally to them. From school boards to hospital boards to search and rescue, these three can be found working for the betterment of the region. Oehlke, Johnson and Westlind hope to continue serving the people of District 15.
