Annette Buchmeier, business manager for the DLPD, says that according to her records, since 2005 there have been a total of 93 individuals who have been charged with escape from the LEC.

That includes the walk-aways from the Re-Entry Center, as well.

The charge “escape” includes those that do not return when released for things like job search, work release or other court approved passes. Corrections has no control over those occurences.
