A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday afternoon, Feb. 19, in the City Plaza in Devils Lake.

Mayor Dick Johnson was on hand Friday afternoon for a ribbon cutting ceremony at City Plaza in Devils Lake.

Project developer Reg Herman, with wife, Eileen Herman, and several of their family members joined current and potential occupants of the mall to officially recognize this occasion with an open house Friday evening and all day on Saturday, Feb. 20.
