Where are they now? 1981 DLHS grad Brad Bourcy

Dr. Bourcy resides in Escondido with his wife, Susan, and daughter Britanny, who is currently as student at Seattle University in Washington State.

Brad Bourcy, the son of Paula and Duainne Bourcy, graduated from Devils Lake Central High School in 1981 with honors.

He attended Concordia College in Moorhead and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry and Biology. From there he went to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, 1985 - 1989.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1989 until 1992 and as a medical officer on a ship for six months in the Persian Gulf in the first Iraq War.

After discharge he was accepted in the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in the Periodontal Graduate Program, from there he graduated in 1995 and purchased a periodontal practice in Escondido, Calif.

He has been a long time volunteer at the UCSD Fall Dental Clinic in San Diego and was recently awarded the Dan Kershner Award for his long time professional volunteer services at the free clinic.

Dr. Bourcy resides in Escondido with his wife, Susan, and daughter Britanny, who is currently as student at Seattle University in Washington State. He is shown in the photo at right with them at Britanny’s graduation.
