Webster man charged with growing marijuana

An ongoing investigation by local law enforcement officials of an indoor illegal grow led to the arrest of one and the discovery of around 45 marijuana plants, Ramsey County Sheriff Steve Nelson told the Journal.
On Wednesday afternoon law enforcement searched the premises of a Webster residence.
Patrick Jennings, 24, was arrested in the basement of the home and later charged with numerous felony counts including the possession, manufacturing and delivery of marijuana.
The street value of the illegal drugs is to believed to be around $200,000.
Agencies involved in the investigation and arrest were the Ramsey County Sheriffs Office, Lake Region Narcotics Task Force, BCI, Game and Fish, Border Patrol, K-9 Unit and the Devils Lake Police Department.
