VFW Post 756 recognizes four at School Board meeting

The Devils Lake School Board held its regularly scheduled meeting at noon on Monday.  At the top of the agenda were presentations to be made by the VFW to the teachers of the year and Patriot’s Pen and Voice of Democracy essay winners.

Minnie H. Elementary School was featured in the building/program report and ND state assessments were discussed.

Superintendent Scott Privratsky reported to the board on the legislative forum he and several from the school system had attended on Saturday with the District 15 legislative team.

Several action items were addressed including approving the contract with Zerr Berg Architects, hired to draw up plans for the fine arts center.
