BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A longtime employee of a North Dakota credit union says she will plead guilty to stealing more than $130,000 from members.

Georgia Schwartz, of Glen Ullin, is charged in federal court with embezzlement and misapplication from a credit union, and false entries.

Court document show that the money was taken over a 24-year period from the Glen Ullin Credit Union, now known as the Western Cooperative Credit Union.

Authorities say Schwartz paid back some of the money she took from the accounts.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison. A plea agreement calls for Schwartz to pay back the money and recommends a sentence below the federal guideline range.

Sentencing is set for Dec. 19.
