BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking that all North Dakota and U.S. flags be flown at half-staff until sunset on Friday in respect for the victims of the mass shooting in Oak Creek, Wis.

Six people died and three were critically injured in Sunday's attack on worshippers at a Sikh temple.

Dalrymple's directive is in accordance with a proclamation signed by President Barack Obama.
