BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm has revoked the license of a Bismarck insurance agent facing criminal charges.

Brent Kitzan faces 27 felony counts relating to alleged theft, insurance fraud and securities fraud between 2003 and 2011. Hamm late last year had ordered Kitzan to stop doing business in the state.

Court documents do not list an attorney for Kitzan, and his home telephone number has been disconnected.
