BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man has won a bracelet at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.

Mitch Schock of Bismarck won the Pot-Limit Hold'em Omaha event and the $310,225 prize that went with it.

The professional poker player tells The Bismarck Tribune that he's been trying to win a WSOP bracelet for a long time. He compares poker to farming, saying "some years are better than others."
