BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) — Authorities say a 60-year-old North Dakota man was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle on Interstate 90 east of Bozeman.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Jeff Sargent says the man was headed west on the interstate when he lost control on a curve at about 1:20 p.m. Friday. The motorcycle went off the side of the road, hit a reflective signpost and overturned.

The man was not wearing a helmet and did not have any passengers.

Authorities say they will not release his name or hometown until his family is notified.
