BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Lincoln man accused in the stabbing death of his friend has pleaded not guilty to murder and preventing arrest.

John Unruh, 27, is charged in the April 16 death of 23-year-old Randall Albaugh. Unruh also allegedly struggled with the officer who arrested him.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that preliminary autopsy results indicate Albaugh died of a stab wound in the shoulder area. Prosecutors say the alleged stabbing stemmed from an alcohol-fueled dispute between the two men.
