Minot flooding affects county, federal courts

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — All hearings at the federal courthouse in Minot are being rescheduled or moved to Bismarck due to Souris River flooding.

The state Supreme Court says federal hearings scheduled between June 21 and July 11 are affected.

Scheduled hearings at the Ward County Courthouse in Minot between June 21 and July 8 are being put off until later. The Supreme Court says only emergency juvenile, mental health and jail appearance matters will be heard.
