FARGO, N.D. (AP) — About 900 Xcel Energy customers in Fargo were without power for about 40 minutes Wednesday morning.

WDAY television reports that the homes in the north and south part of the city and West Fargo lost power, but it was quickly restored.

Crews discovered that a piece of equipment needed to be replaced at a substation and had the customers back online around 9:40 a.m.
