Elijah Feather Jr. was named to the Class B Boys’ Basketball All-State First Team on Tuesday.

The Warwick senior surpassed 1,000 career points this season. He averaged 23 points per game and won the Region 2 Senior Athlete of the Year, helping the Warriors make it to the region tournament. Warwick ultimately finished fourth in Region 2.

Feather Jr., a 6-foot-1 senior guard, averaged nearly a double-double with his 9.5 rebounds per game. He added 2.1 assists per game and 3.2 steals per game. He shot 38% from the floor, including 31% from three-point range. He was a 77% free throw shooter.

Feather Jr. is one of two Warwick seniors who will be graduating this year, along with Dalton Joramo. The duo was a part of the 2022-23 Warriors team that made it to state.

The NDAPSSA picked six players for each of the First Team and Second Team. The other First Team selections were Hankinson’s Raeshaun Earl, Westhope/Newburg’s Walker Braaten, Garrison’s Little Hall Perkins, Bishop Ryan’s Ramsey Walz and Hettinger/Scranton’s Blake Larson.
