The following awards and All-Region 4 Team for the 2024 volleyball season were chosen by the North Dakota High School Coaches Association. The awards were presented after Thursday’s Region 4 final between Langdon Area/Munich and Benson County in Devils Lake.
Outstanding Senior Athlete: Madison Samuelson, North Prairie
Region 4 Coach of the Year: Sara Myhre, New Rockford-Sheyenne
Region 4 Volleyball Runner-Up: Benson County (24-9, 7-2)
Region 4 Volleyball Champion: Langdon Area/Munich (35-5, 9-0)
Per NDHSCA: “Langdon Area/Munich advances to next week’s State B Volleyball Tournament in Fargo on November 21, 22 and 23. The matchups for next week’s state tournament will be determined through a seeding process tomorrow [Friday] morning. The matchups will be announced on statewide television in conjuction with the Dakota Bowl at approximately 11:30. They will also be available on the NDHSAA website at that time.”
