The Devils Lake girls’ hockey team will return home for the final two games of its regular season.

The Firebirds, who are state tournament-bound, will play at Burdick Arena on Friday and Saturday. They’re currently the No. 6 seed, but they’re only two points behind Fargo Davies in the standings. If they were to leap into the No. 5 spot, they’d play No. 4 Grand Forks in the first round of the tournament. If they stay at No. 6, they’ll play No. 3 Mandan.

Friday’s game will begin at 7 p.m. against No. 7 Legacy/Bismarck.
