While Alabama may have lost to the undefeated Clemson Tigers on November 28, the team put up a spirited effort. Clemson won 85-77 against the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide in a closely contested exciting game between the two teams. Devils Lake’s own Grant Nelson, who is a forward for Alabama, managed to score 14 points for the team. Alabama’s next game will be against Arkansas on December 4. Arkansas is 2-5 while Alabama is at 5-3. The Journal will continue to update on Nelson’s games and highlights as the season continues.
