Lois was born to Richard and Esther (Trusskey) Erdmann on September 7, 1947 in Dickinson, ND. Lois grew up on the family farm north of Werner, ND. She graduated from Halliday High School in Halliday, ND and attended college at Dickinson State University. Lois was united in marriage to Ed Senger on June 17, 1967 in Halliday. The couple moved to a farm near rural Sheyenne where they grew small grains and raised cattle, chickens, ducks, and geese. They always had a large garden too. Lois was a fulltime farm wife, plus she also worked at the Brunswick Corporation in Fort Totten, ND for many years. The couple retired in 2000 and continued to live on the farm until July of 2019 when they moved to Devils Lake, ND. Lois was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Lois enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, bingo, reading, and riding on the side-by-side. She was especially happy to become a great-grandmother in 2019.
Lois is survived by her son, Troy (Cindy) of Cando; granddaughter, Haylee of Cando; and great-granddaughter, Paisley of Cando; brother, Larry (Holly) Erdmann of Moorhead, MN; and sister, Loretta Erdmann of Columbia, MO; and many nieces and nephews.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ed.
