Joseph “Joey” Charles Lindquist, 48, passed away on Oct. 29, 2025, at Sanford in Fargo, ND with his brother and sisters by his side.
Joey was born on Aug. 2, 1977, to Thomas and Marcia Lindquist in Duluth, MN. Joey was the baby of the family joining his older siblings: Billy Jo, Dawn, Leslie, and Thomas Jr. Joey spent most his life in Devils Lake, ND, and attended Devils Lake High School. Joey loved to cook and worked at various restaurants in town.
Joey is survived by his son Rylan Lindquist of Minnesota, father Thomas Sr. of Carrington, ND, siblings Dawn (Monte) Ryan, Leslie Lindquist (Kori,) and Thomas Lindquist Jr., nieces and nephews: Jocelyn Miller, Cody Parrish, Victoria Parrish (John), Trysten Parrish, Parker Halle, Courtney Ryan all of Devils Lake and Hailey Lindquist of Summerville, SC.
Joey is proceeded in death by his mother Marica Lindquist, brother Billy Jo, his grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life for Joey will be held at the VFW on Saturday Nov. 8 from 3-5 p.m. in Devils Lake, ND.
