Kateri Ranae-Zola Schlosser, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo. She had just had her 4th birthday on Monday.
Kateri Ranae-Zola, daughter of Kendra Schlosser was born on October 3, 2018 at Bismarck ND. This beautiful, precious child brought so much joy and love to the beloved family that survives her. She was attending the Minnie H Elementary School in Devils Lake and loved going to school.
Kateri was that precocious, energetic, loving, caring four year old. She loved to dance and was part of the Just For Kix Dance Team. There wasn’t any activity that Kateri didn’t love to do. This list of activities include singing, swimming, running, playing, being a Mom to her babies, play with animals, playing piano, vacuuming, helping cook and bake, play dress up, watch Disney movies, draw and color, play with her friends, playing in the park, helping with the yard work, playing peek-a-boo, stickers, glitter and eating pistachios. A trip to the farm was such a joy to Kateri. She got to pet the cows, feed the goats, be around all kinds of animals that she loved. Kateri was also into Snap Chat filters, Facetime on the phone, and looking at pictures of herself. She loved a game of tag, chasing her parents and grandparents. But after Kateri was worn out from all the activities of the day, her favorite time was cuddling, giving hugs and kisses to her parents, grandparents and all her wonderful family.
We are so blessed, so thankful for the brief life of our beautiful daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter, niece and cousin.
Kateri is survived by her parents Kendra and Zach; grandparents Dave and Mary Schlosser, Gary and Karen Eback; great grandparents Paul and Elaine Chepulis, Larry Scholosser and Phyllis Eback; uncles and aunts Michael Reeves, Lucas and Kirsten Christofferson, Dalton and Megan Koropatnicki; many great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
