Vera Ann Koistinen, 86, of Cando, ND, formerly of Rolla, ND passed away Oct. 31, 2022, at Essentia Health in Fargo, ND. Funeral Services were held Nov. 5 at the United Methodist Church in Rolla, ND with Pastor Lori Broschat officiating. Visitation was Friday and Saturday at the church. Burial was at the Hansboro, ND Cemetery.
