Jose James Cruz Despiegelaere, 18-month-old precious son of Jose Miquel Cruz and Brionna Nicole Despiegelaere Cruz who was born on Feb. 11, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Devils Lake passed away on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.
There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church one hour prior to the Funeral Mass of Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Reverend Cruz celebrating the Mass. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
