Joni M. Flaten, 66, of Devils Lake, ND, passed away on Sept. 20, 2026, at HIA Heather’s House in Fargo, ND, surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Devils Lake on Sept. 24, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Sept. 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. also at St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
