Emily Ann (Skar) Halley, 91, of Cando, ND, passed away on Feb. 8, 2026, at the Towner County Medical Center surrounded by her husband and family. A funeral service will be held on Feb. 12 at 1:00 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Church in Cando, ND. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
