The Devils Lake Park Board held a regular meeting on Thursday, April 18. It was their first time holding the meeting at The Dockside Entertainment center.

The board approved $7700 to be used for outdoor patio furniture for the golf course.

Ruger Park fish has been restocked.

For some Dockside Entertainment updates, they recently hired some employees and the new hires are going to learn the bowling system. Employee discounts will also be offered to full and part-time employees. Interior signage is finished and will be installed on April 25.

The board approved four pickleball courts to be made at the Burdick outdoor rink.

The board approved the removal of a septic tank that is deteriorating at Lakewood.

A brief tour of Dockside Entertainment looks to be coming together very well with the bowling allies and furniture already installed. The front desk is already installed and screens are being added throughout the center. The walking/running track has been placed. The prospective opening of the center looks to be the week of May 13.
