New year, new hours! The Lake Region Public Library is very excited to be able to open for longer hours in 2024! We will now open at 9:00 a.m. each weekday and 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Regular hours will be as follows: Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Sunday: Closed.

Highlighted Events Coming Up at the Lake Region Public Library

Wednesday, Jan. 10 @ 10:30 a.m. and Thursday, Jan. 11 @ 11:15 a.m. – Preschool Storytime! We love reading and doing activities with our preschool friends and their responsible adults! Each week, we will read books, do crafts, play games, and have fun with friends. This week’s theme is “The Gingerbread Man.” Thursday, Jan. 11 @ 7:00 p.m. – LRPL Book Club: And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie.

Monday, January 15 – LRPL Closed. The Lake Region Public Library will be closed on Monday, January 15 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
