The Devils Lake Community Orchestra held its winter concert, on Sunday, Dec. 17. The concert was held at Lake Region State College’s Robert Fawcett Auditoriumat 2 p.m.
‘Snowstorm’ was the theme of the concert. The first half of the concert was an arrangement in 9 pieces that depict a journey through life. The second half of the concert was a mix of traditional holiday favorites. Four soprano singers accompanied the orchestra on several numbers, which the crowd enjoyed.
A total of 140 people attended the concert, which included a silent auction and a holiday intermission concert by the Devils Lake High School Jazz Band.
